Meet Hannah

Yesterday I had the wonderful pleasure of spending the day with Hannah and Paige after we landed from an early flight back from Denver. We went to downtown Seattle and shopped all afternoon and it was WONDERFUL. I was able to catch up on some much needed caffeine consumption and get a new pair of jeans! I must have tried on at least 94 pairs before I finally found a pair of Joe's that fit perfectly. I've never been a fan of the skinny/cigarette cut (on me) until now! I'm still not a fan actually--these are the exception, NOT the rule. Yes, that was a He's Just Not That Into You reference.

Hannah is such a gem. She's from So Cal and played volleyball in Montana until blessing us with her presence here in Seattle. If this city were to give out a best dressed of the day award, she would win hands down. Take a look at her gorgeous ensemble and just try and prove me wrong.

Bag-MARC BY MARC JACOBS 'Classic Q - Huge Hiller' Hobo in Black
Glasses-Gucci Aviators (Similar to These)
Dress-Urban Outfitters 'Pins and Needles Crochet Dress' (Almost out of stock, this and this are similar alternatives)
Belt-Sorry, thrifted! Almost any belt would look fantastic with this dress, especially one with some texture and color.
Sandals-I love mentioning these Steve Madden 'Serenite' Sandals whenever I get the chance for obvious reasons.

As soon as I saw her bag I knew I was going to have to blog ABOUT it! I've been pondering getting a Marc Jacobs wallet over my current Michael Kors and seeing this amazing accessory on Hannah makes me want to take the plunge. It was oh-so-hot yesterday and her off-white dress looked so fresh and clean in the middle of downtown Seattle. I was kind of ticked that her belt was thrifted because now I don't have a shot at getting it...I'll just have to do some thrifting of my own! I still love aviators even though some say they're "SO last season"...these classic shades will always be in style. She wasn't wearing the Steve Maddens linked above, but her (similar) black sandals complemented her outfit nicely. Shout out to Hannah for being such a great model :)

That's all for today, it's time to move into my new apartment! Have a Happy Monday!
